What is MRT Optimal Fitness?

MRT Optimal Fitness is a strength and conditioning community built around performance, progress and fun. Our classes combine proven training methods with high energy, great music and even better people. Every session is coach-led, designed to help you get stronger, leaner and more confident—no matter where you’re starting from. MRT stands for Metabolic Resistance Training but we like to say More Reps Together!

I’m new—how do I get started?

We make it easy! Start with our 7-Day Free Trial or 2 Weeks for offer—both give you unlimited access to all our classes. Once you’re in, our coaches will walk you through everything you need to know, from movement standards to where to put your bag. Just show up ready to move, sweat and have some fun.

Do I need to be “in shape” to join?

Absolutely not. Every workout is built to meet you where you are. Our coaches offer modifications and progressions so you can train safely and effectively, whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete. You bring the effort—we’ll handle the rest.

What are your membership options?

We offer several flexible memberships:

  • 12-Month Membership – 9/month

  • 6-Month Membership – 9/month

  • 3-Month Membership – 9/month

  • Month-to-Month – 9/month
    All options include unlimited workouts, access to special events, loyalty perks and your MRT member shirt.

What's the workout like?

Every class blends strength, conditioning and team energy. We train in 4-week cycles that focus on building endurance, hypertrophy, strength and power. Expect barbells, sleds, rowers and sweat—but also high-fives, laughs and a community that pushes together.

What happens if I miss a class?

No stress—you’ve got unlimited access to all our class times, so you can jump into any session that fits your schedule. There’s no booking required—just show up, check in and get after it. Every class is coach-led and ready for you to plug in, whether it’s your first session of the week or your fifth.

What kind of results can I expect?

Consistent effort here equals serious change. Our members report increases in strength, endurance, confidence and energy levels—plus improved body composition. You’ll notice results in how you move, feel and perform, not just in the mirror.

Where are you located?

We’re located in Spring, Texas, right off Falvel and 2920 near Klein Collins High School. You’ll find a turf-filled warehouse-style gym with top-tier equipment, upbeat coaches and the best community around.

Do you offer HYROX or race prep training?

Yes! MRT is an official HYROX Gym. We host Full simulation events and specialized training sessions designed to boost endurance, pace and station efficiency. Whether you’re competing or just looking to train like an athlete, this is where you’ll build real-world performance.
