My name is Paula Tippit, and I bring years of experience in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. My passion for movement, strength, and helping others achieve their best selves drives everything I do.


Having been active from a young age, I initially focused on performance goals rather than health goals. Over time, through various life changes, I personally experienced the profound benefits of consistent training---not just for performance, but for overall well-being, resilience, and confidence. This journey has deeply shaped my approach as a trainer.


With a strong background in strength and conditioning, I specialize in designing dynamic, effective workouts that challenge and motivate participants of all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve endurance, or simply feel stronger and more confident, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
