What is the MRT Student Athlete Program?

The MRT Student Athlete Program is designed to help young athletes develop the speed, strength, power, conditioning and confidence needed to excel in sports and everyday life. Through coach-led training, athletes improve acceleration, agility, jumping ability, coordination, endurance and overall athletic performance in a positive, supportive environment.

Whether your athlete plays football, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, or simply wants to become a stronger, more confident athlete, our training is designed to help them move better, compete harder and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

We focus on building explosive power, improving movement mechanics, increasing resilience and developing the discipline, work ethic and confidence that translate far beyond sports.
